Registration form, with total fees, is due by May 12.  Visitors can mail registration forms now (without fee). We will process forms after May 12 and contact non-member parents if space is available.  Medical and information forms will be mailed to you after we receive this registration form.  Completed medical and information forms must be received by May 23, 2008.
